Please accept the condolences of the entire Schiappa family on your loss of the great Mr. T. He goes way back with our family through the Super Duper Flickenger days and more recently Arby's. My Grandpa Sam and Grandma Elsie, dad Paul and uncle Ron first introduced Mr. T. to us and for 3 generations of our family he was always a true gentleman. I last saw him at my own father's burial Mass just 2 short years ago. He greeted my mother in the front pew like the lifelong family friend that he was. May he rest in peace. Sam Schiappa

My condolences to the Tarantino Family. You are all in my thoughts and prayers. When I first moved to Buffalo 18 years ago, Mr. T was one of the first vendors to welcome me to the neighborhood. He always had a smile on his face and words of wisdom for me. He would talk to me about the restaurant scene in Buffalo and how to navigate it. I will truly miss his friendship and humor. I remembered one delivery he brought to the restaurant, a guest noticed who he was and said to me "you must be very important". No I am not, to Mr. T everyone is important and he does that for everyone. He was such an inspirational person and my life is so much better because of him. RIP Mr. T. Brian Windschitl

“The Lord sets a father in honor over his children...” The Book of Proverbs
To Mrs. Louise Tarantino and family, please accept my prayers and condolences on the passing of your husband and father. I have remembered him in my Masses during this Easter season. John was a well known presence at St. Michaels’ Church who hardly ever missed daily Mass and recited his prayers. He was so proud to attend Georgia’s Baptism last Fall. We were all blessed by his example. Fr Fred Betti SJ
