Dear uncle of John (Jennifer), Vincent and Timothy (Amy) Hoffman and great uncle of Sophia, Morgan, Colton, Colette and Emily. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at the Shrine of St. John Neumann Chapel (Englewood & Belmont Ave.) on Thursday, September 13th at 9:30 AM. Arrangements by the C.
