Baker, Charles E. "CB" - July 13, 2014 - (symbol of American Flag) Devoted son of the late Ellsworth and Naoma Barker. Brother of Gail E. Baker. He will also be missed by many dear friends. Private funeral services were held at the convenience of the family. Charles was a veteran of the United States Navy and was a longtime employee of the Town of Tonawanda Highway Department.
