Albert, Mary Louise (nee Ptaszkiewicz) - February 27, 2023 - Beloved wife of the late Robert C. Albert. Loving mother of Mary Beth (Paul) Jurca. Sister of the late Francis X. (Lee) Ptaszkiewicz. The family will receive friends at the C. Mertz and Son Funeral Home, Inc., 911 Englewood Ave. on Thursday 4 to 7 PM. All are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial at the Shrine of St. John Neumann Chapel (Englewood and Belmont Aves.) on Friday at 12 PM Noon. Please assemble at Church. Mary Louise was a third grade teacher for 28 years at St. Joseph University School, and after retiring worked in after school care for the Y.M.C.A at Jefferson School until the school until the school closed in 2013. She loved to sew and through the years make most of her clothes, using the finest fabrics. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Mary Louise's memory to Hospice Foundation of WNY, Inc.
