Dear Josie, Claudia and family,
We would like to express our deep condolences on the passing of Lucian. We have known him since the '60's when they lived on the upper floor of my parents house on Parkside Ave. Lucian was a wonderful person, a good lawyer and friend. We particularly remember the good times we used to have with Lucian and his brother Carmen in full costumes during the carnevale's parties. May God give you strength during this difficult time and may he rest in peace.
Vincenzo and Giuliana Ciccarelli

I would like to express my condolences to the Parlato family on Lucian's death. I knew Lucian in the practice of law. He was a very competent lawyer. I also knew him as a member of the very talented Parlato Family , which made their mark on the life of Buffalo. I served with his brother, Carmelo, on the Buffalo City Court bench.
I hope God will sustain you in your loss.
Timothy J. Drury (retired Supreme Court Justice)
