Harbeck, David F. - March 27, 2023 - (American Flag) Beloved husband of 58 years to Patricia (nee Kelly) Harbeck. Dear brother in law of Anne (James) Barnes, Robert (Mary) Kelly, Edward (late Betty Jo) Kelly, James (Jessie McGuire) Kelly and Kevin (Patti) Kelly. Survived by many nieces, nephews, family members and friends. David was the Make Up Editor for the Buffalo News for 41 years. The family will receive friends at the C. Mertz and Son Funeral Home, Inc. for Memorial Visitations on Thursday from 5 to 7 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Dave's memory to Erie County SPCA.
