Jackie and family. My heartfelt thoughts and prayers to you. It was my good fortune that I knew Carl professionally (Military) and as friend (Rats & Rags)! He was always the "go to guy" to solve problems. His knowledge of benefits for retired Military, how to gain them and willingness to "take on the establishment" were nothing short of outstanding. He will be sorely missed. RIP my friend you have earned it! CMSgt Norm Pearson USAF (Ret)

My sincere condolences to Jacky and her family for Carl's passing. Besides his outstanding military service, he did so much, along with Jacky's help, for the Retired Air Technician's group, for which we're all very grateful. I must apologize for not being able to attend the services, but you all will be in my thoughts. I also must make another apology. I could NOT get my computer to capitalize the letter "J" in Jacky's name. I'm very sorry. Sincerely, Charles Rizzone

Carl helped many people including me. I worked at the 107th for 23 years and Carl always would be willing to help with any issues both on the base and off. He was kind hearted person. I will miss him. Our condolences to the Brown family. May he rest in peace.
